Amazing experience, highly recommend. I had my baby in June 2024. I spent 7 days in the hospital, due to postpartum complications. Staff: 10/10 - they were warm, welcoming, helpful and reliable. Room: 10/10 - it was large, great view, fully equipped with essentials like birthing ball, peanut ball and more. L&D + pain management: 6/10 - baby’s heart rate dropped and the whole team sprung into action to address this. In terms of pain management, the epidural had to be administered twice! This was the only major issue experienced. I was in so much pain but the staff quickly connected me with another anesthesiologist who provided the medication needed. Food: 8/10 - I’m a foodie…so I was hyped to see what was offered. From avocado toast to grilled chicken with quinoa. I enjoyed the options
Overall great experience delivering in this hospital the second time around. This time from the emergency induction all the way to the delivery the staff and OBs across all the different shift changes managed my labor well even with all the obstacles that presented. They respected my concerns and birth plan and didn’t rush me when I declined certain things up until it was necessary. I had three different OBs ( Dr. Wu, Dr. Yu and Dr. Wood) from the same group and Dr. Feit from another group take on my labor delivery. Dr. Wu handled most of my laboring as it was her shift that day and she did it so gracefully making sure to explain everything to me and addressing all my concerns but also respecting my reservations. Dr. Feit from another group had to step in and deliver the baby midway throug
The service at this hospital, especially in the delivery and postpartum unit, is truly incredible. I gave birth on September 24 at this facility, and I have no words to describe the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the entire hospital staff. The nurses who assisted me throughout the induction and postpartum phases were absolutely wonderful — I felt completely safe, supported, and cared for 24/7 for any need. The level of support provided to mothers is truly outstanding — from the nurses and lactation consultants to the pediatricians and OB-GYNs, everyone was exceptional. I couldn’t have chosen a better hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Ehab Abdelmalek for his endless support throughout my pregnancy. I didn’t personally choose him—it was a random assignment based on the hos
My experience at this hospital was wonderful. While I had some birth complications that were not preventable, the care team helped me through the pain and stress of that so well. My labor and delivery nurses were excellent, Hasen, Melissa, and Gabby. My postpartum nurses Mary Lou and Akila were so thoughtful, kind, and encouraging. The staff was sensitive about respecting my sleep and offered to change my baby’s diaper whenever they came in the room. I saw three different lactation consultants, one for each day of my recovery. I’m so thankful for such a wonderful care team who I will never forget.
I delivered at this hospital on 11/26/2025. I had a great experience. Special thanks to RN Molynna, RN Luisanna, and RN Elyse Cruz. Molynna was amazing. She helped me with breastfeeding and so many other things. She showed up the many times I requested assistance. She swaddled my baby and stitched a bow onto her hat. She was so great with my baby. Because of the great experience I had at Alexandra Cohen, if I am ever in labor again, I will make sure to deliver here. I will also recommend this hospital to friends and family. Thank you!
