10/10 experience. The office was very clean and well organized. Adriana was incredibly helpful and kind, she explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything before the procedure even began. She truly went out of her way for me and gave me a fair price for everything I needed. The front desk staff, Laura and Victoria, were also very helpful and kind. Overall an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend coming here and will be returning again. :)

First time here and I thought everyone was nice. Receptionist was very nice when I walked in and Adriana the supervisor made me feel very comfortable from the time she took my x-rays until the time she went over my quote. She made small talk but was very professional. Saw Dr Dinh real quick and he was also nice.

I had a last-minute dental emergency and Newport Dental of Westminster took me in right away. Adriana was amazing—she answered my call, understood the urgency, and got me booked quickly. The staff was kind and professional, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

MULTIPLE TEETH INFECTION DUE TO NEGLIGENCE UPDATE: I called to provide more details and I offered to send the X-rays I took today from an endodontist. The front desk girl repeatedly said she was “not a doctor” and that they were not able to “interpret outside X-rays”. When I asked if she could at least check with the doctor, she refused to even ask—immediately saying “Nope.” I explained my prior experience of waiting long periods, coming back multiple times, and dealing with highly infected teeth, yet she showed zero acknowledgment or empathy. Not even a simple “sorry you went through that.” Her only response was to tell me to come into the office again for new X-rays. At this point, I will not be returning, especially when I already have current, professional X-rays available and was s
