I had a great experience at New York Urologic and would like to recognize Dr. Farshad Shafizadeh, along with Bahara and Denise. Bahara and Denise were welcoming, respectful, and very professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is especially important in a urology setting. Their calm and caring demeanor truly stood out. Both Bahara and Denise consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Their attentiveness, follow-through, and genuine concern do not go unnoticed. Dr Shafizadeh is the best doctor I have ever seen. Procedure exceeded my expectations. He is always available to answer any questions. His staff and nurses are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. What I like about Shafizadeh is his confidence and knowledge and of course his reputation.

Doctor & care team were amazing. The receptionist with the heavy eyeliner was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Update: Doctor called personally to discuss my experience and handle any issue personally. Incredibly attentive and very considerate of my experience.

The people at NYU are the best ! They made my experience there so comfortable, I would recommend them to anyone. Denise especially was great !
