I was referred to Dr. Durian by my PPO Dr. Kini. My experience from scheduling my appt to my arrival was so pleasant and welcoming. Anna was personal, professional, informative, courteous this made you relaxed while waiting. Dr. Kurian was so interpersonal with the same comforting attitude that made you know she knew what she was saying and quickly put any doubt you have to rest. She reminds me so much like my PPO patients regardless of status or insurance. Finally, Avis who called to explain a billing error, was another pleasant staff member. She explained the error in debt along with future possible billing that may be accured. Avis emailed the necessary information to correct the error with explanation of the upcoming procedure. I had my follow-up visit today and I just have to say , this office continues to exceed my expectations in every way. From the front desk to the medical staff and my surgeon herself, everyone is kind, patient, and truly invested in my healing journey. I felt listened to, cared for, and respected throughout the entire experience. My surgeon took the time to answer all of my questions (even the ones I didn’t know I needed to ask), and made me feel confident and supported as I move forward. Post-surgery recovery is no small feat, but having a medical team that genuinely cares makes all the difference. my experience here has always been wonderful. The entire staff is so welcoming the moment I walk in, which immediately makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Kurian is incredibly understanding, takes the time to listen, and is very thorough in her care. I truly appreciate how comprehensive she is, making sure nothing is overlooked.
