Dr. Koa saw me and never followed up with a phone call about the urodynamics he said he wanted to discuss in two weeks after my last visit. I had to call and still never got a response but was booked for this procedure with no discussion even day of what I was to expect and the risk of infection and bleeding and pain. His medical assistants seemed nervous and forgot to anesthetize me they said. It was the most excruciating pain. The doctor spoke to the assistant the whole time and never explained what was happening to me. Meanwhile they sent my medical records saying they explained it all. The sonographer is a cold Eastern European lady who barks at you to open your legs. I would never go back and felt like an animal in a factory not like a person

My old primary doctor retired, I had to find a new doctor. Dr. Tun is very knowledgeable. He explained things in detail without rushing. After my 1st visit, he's nice enough to follow up to see how you're doing. He used to have an office in Forest Hills. Hopefully he'll be back in Queens, that will be more convenient.

Would never recommend. Completely negligent care from a dismissive, unresponsive urologist. I had three kidney stones and waited over two months for proper treatment, ending up in the NYU ER twice due to unmanaged pain. Despite repeatedly expressing concerns, I was given temporary "band-aid" fixes instead of real solutions. At their Queens location for lithotripsy, both the anesthesiologist and doctor joked about not having the budget for proper equipment right before putting me under. Post-op, I told the urologist I was in 10/10 pain — he gave me just 400mg of ibuprofen. I landed back in the ER that night, where NYU staff were shocked at the inadequate pain management. They prescribed a much stronger, more appropriate regimen. I reported all of this to the NYMD practice manager, but the

Dr. Tun not only took my concerns seriously, he addressed them all with due diligence, and provides explanations about everything. I've never had a doctor who doesn't make me feel like I'm wasting their time until now. Thank you so much. The nurses and staff are also very nice.

i had an appointment with dr. timashpolsky after being referred from my gyno whom i love. this was the worst experience ive had with a medical provider in at least a decade. she was rude, short, and even tried to convince me to buy medication from “israel.” she had no respect for me, my body, or my needs. she called me ignorant bc i don’t want bariatric surgery and talked about my body like i wasn’t even in the room. she pushed weight-loss surgery on me so heavily citing my goal weight, when she never even asked what my goal was- she just assumed. the ultrasound tech was also rude and didn’t even close the extender on the table while i got dressed after the ultrasound and i ended up just straddling it. i have never felt so disrespected and ignored at a medical “professional’s” office and i
