Nadia was great. Clean and thorough. Identified potential issue and advised me accordingly. Great place to get your dental work done. Already scheduled for my next visit

Today I saw Dr. Le for the first time, she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at Dr. Ruddick’s office was also super nice and friendly. Tara was the best dental assistant. She was caring, making sure to dry face when water got on it. She was also very attentive. Overall, my experience at the dentist office was awesome… never thought I would say that.

I recently visited this dentist for a cleaning, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The cleaning was thorough, and they provided me with an antiseptic gum rinse to help with my gums, which I really appreciated. The dentist and hygienist were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me. I feel like my oral health is in great hands here. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I strongly advise avoiding Nadia, the hygienist at Dr. Samuel Rudick’s dental office in Manhattan. Nadia is incredibly rough and careless during cleanings. She repeatedly jabbed the handles of her tools into my teeth, making what should be a routine procedure painful and stressful. When I politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing or adjusting her approach, she snapped back with attitude and said, “Next time I’ll just sedate you.” No remorse, no professionalism — just sarcasm and ego. A dental cleaning should never feel like that. Her technique is harsh, her attitude is worse, and she made no effort to improve the experience or show any basic care. It was honestly shocking. Stay far away from Nadia. There are plenty of skilled and respectful hygienists in NYC — she is not one of
