The young lady at the front desk is very helpful in terms of dealing with my insurance, which I don’t pretend to understand. I am anxious about my upcoming root canal, which they seem sympathetic to. Dr Torres was knowledgeable and patient with my dental phobia! Also she explained things very well, and her staff was pleasant and helpful.

Went in for a regular cleaning appointment and was brought back to a room with a person standing there with PPE on and who didnt remove her mask to identify herself and then she was insulted when I asked if she was the new hygenist as the regular hygenist that I know wasnt there. She blurted through the mask that she was a doctor!!! She was not friendly at all and rude. I was not comfortable with her at all, whoever she was as she never gave me her name.
