Would have liked to say my review was based on mental health service provided, but my child never even made it that far. Made an appointment and was told to I needed to submit paperwork online prior to her appointment, easy. The only problem was they sent it to the wrong email address. Once I received the paperwork, I completed it the day prior to her virtual appointment. Thirty minutes after I have heard nothing from their office, and took off from work, I tracked down their number to call and find out what the issue was. The number listed on the paperwork they provided me wasn’t even correct. I was then told that her appointment was canceled, even though no cancellation email was ever sent, and that she couldn’t be seen for another 2 months. Needless to say, I won’t be taking my daughter

Only go here if there is no other option or totally desperate. Very difficult to be a patient here. Between appointments always being 15-30min late for a 5min session, unanswered phone calls, constant gaps in my prescriptions, and bad bedside manner from my psychiatrist I had to find somewhere else. Dr.Turner was my psychiatrist and I felt so uncomfortable around her, it was challenging to talk to her because she seemed annoyed by my presence, the poor patient relationship began to hinder my care. I am very proactive in my mental healthcare and spent a great deal of time trying to manage the issues I faced here. I found another office and it has been night and day. I wish I would have left this practice much sooner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Turner's since 10/20. I have had too many problems with her to even name. Dr. Turner, has missed appointments that were scheduled by phone, missed refilling my medications that I need to take everyday and did not listen to me as a patient. I told her I was having adverse effects from my medications and she told me, it was because I wasn't getting enough sleep, and the adverse effects that I was having could not come from the medications I was taking. And then she prescribes sleeping pills instead of investigating and finding a reason for the adverse effects of my medications. As a patient, I was scared and disappointed that a Psychiatrist was not concerned enough about my condition which could have caused me to hurt or possibly harm myself gravely. No one sho

I've had far too many issues with scheduling where appointments would get canceled at the very last minute, had trouble getting ahold of doctors resulting in prescriptions not getting filled in a timely manner. I no choice but to leave a find a more reliable place.

Dr. Terri Turner is my Doctor. She's phenomenal.
