Dr. Lamont Bunyon provided the most comprehensive optometric exam I have ever experienced. His professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach truly set him apart. He not only assessed my vision thoroughly—matching the level of testing I typically receive from an ophthalmologist—but also took time to educate me about my condition in a clear and compassionate way. This was my first visit, and I initially called as a last-minute walk-in. Despite the short notice, Dr. Bunyon made time to see me, and the entire experience—from check-in to exam—was smooth and respectful. His staff at both the Largo and Camp Springs locations were welcoming, professional, and kind. I’ve never received this level of care from an optometrist before, and for the first time, I feel confident that one

I use to love this office. I started off with them when they were over at Iverson Mall. Now the office has moved to a nicer place (minus the elevator almost got stuck that the stairs)but the scheduling staff suck. This is my second time making an appointment and waiting almost two hours. If scheduling is backed up and the front desk are aware they should let people know when signing in or as soon as they know. Nevertheless my appointment was at 10am and by 12 noon I was still in the waiting room. Ended up leaving. Very disappointed

It is incredible how you don't receive your prescription while you are in the office. You have to send an email request online and it takes 72 hours. However, I waited for 2 months, requested it again, and even called the office and never received it. If you don't want to deal with this hassle, go somewhere else. I wish I did!

Went to Dr. Bunyon last year with my kids. We all were seen and got my kid some glasses. Just the style she wanted. Dr. Bunyon is friendly and professional, so is his staff. The staff will try to upsell, but not too pushy. I arrived on time, was seen promptly and was satisfied with the service I received. Now I'm setting up a follow up for this year. I highly recommend. Sidenote: Dr Bunyon is a comicbook enthusiast. Has Marvel Comics all over the office. Kids like dig it.
