My first experience was an excellent one. Everyone was professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was very impressed on how organized & well run the organization is. There were quite a few patients, but everything moved smoothly & efficiently. I was very pleased & impressed with Dr. Shazia Ahmed, her expertise, knowledge, & recommendations regarding my specific needs. Also, the knowledge, pleasantness, & professionalism of all her associates & technicians. I thank Dr. Namra Tanveer for referring me to the Malouf Eye Center & Dr. Shazia Ahmed.

Very nice and clean and professional atmosphere. Dr.Malouf is very knowledgeable and patient and has a sense of humor. His staff are all very nice. My brother is a 1st time patient there. So I sat and observed everything that was going on and I liked what I saw. There was this older couple there and in conversation with them they stated they been coming to Dr. Malouf for years. I was impressed, so Im gonna make an appointment Dr. Malouf. They have a-lot of patients with their clients and that’s what sold me. My brother is not unpredictable, but He’s slow and confused sometimes, and the young lady that waited on him, she was very patient with him, very calming, soothing, so that’s what sold me along with everything else. Over there years that I have visited the Malouf Eye Center, my experience has been great. The staff at the front desk, the technicians in the back and Dr. Malouf are a wonderful group of people. Dr. Malouf lets you know everything about your eyes and if there is an issue he has notice that needs further review, he will not hesitate to send you to another specialist. I have recommended friends and they have been pleased with this practice.
