New Massage by Vitality Massage Therapy

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience really left me frustrated. I came in for a relaxing massage and ended up with one of the worst sessions I’ve ever had. I waited about 20 minutes inside the room with no explanation. Then a lady rushed in and said she wanted to do cupping because I “had pain,” even though I never said a word to her about any pain. She placed the cups on my back within seconds and left the room. The suction was extremely painful. I actually shouted for someone to come back and remove them, but no one responded. The massage therapist was nice and respectful…sweet even. Played nice low volume music and there were no interruptions which is a plus 👌🏾 The issue I had was this was an AVERAGE massage at best. Not enough pressure for a deep tissue massage and when I asked for more pressure, it still wasn’t enough. I’ll try and explain this as best as I can: For some reason it felt like the massage therapist was holding back or afraid to put her full body weight into it. That feeling came across to me as very uncomfortable and actually awkward during the massage and it started to kinda cause some anxiety on my end (and I am NOT an anxious person) …which is the opposite feeling you want to experience during a massage. I had a massage at this place a few weeks ago. The massage itself was decent. However, they charged me before the massage which I have never seen before, despite they say something like "Sometimes people refuse to pay or leave without tip after the massage". It just doesn't make any sense to me. The massage was also frequently interrupted by phone calls, incoming guests, etc. Despite the masseuse made up for the lost time in the end, I still don't like those interruptions (especially when there are multiple). Also, the masseuse was putting a phone in the massage room to live-stream the entire massage. I trust that they do this only so that their boss could monitor how they were doing and making sure they are providing good quality service (I trust they are not doing this for any other reas
