Word of advice if you're considering bringing your child here or currently use them as a doctor - DON'T. This office is currently so understaffed with real doctors that they're making emergency appointments with RN's(whom I will add are totally incompetent). Just took my son here after 2 visits to the ER to not see an actual Doctor and have the RN GOOGLE symptoms and offer no help. Peak incompetence. They've been flying in doctors from around the country to run graveyard shifts for coverage and paying for their temp housing locally the staffing issues have been that bad. That on our end has resulted in hours on the phone with our insurance for improper billing as the providers are always changing and resulting in bounced/denied claims. We recently switched here from the Charlestown Health Center and I have to say I am so happy we did ! The people are always so nice and pleasant to be and bring children around . The doctor my daughter sees is a great , down to earth , very compassionate man , and alwaya very clear with what he explains to you . I feel confident every time we bring her here she is getting the best care she can get .
