Everyone was cordial! They were able to adjust my hearing aids. My hearing has definitely improved. The one, slightly negative, thing is the cost of the yearly service plan is $425. That does seem a bit much. But as my hearing aids are now three years old, I felt it was worthwhile, in case I had a problem.

I was very pleased, with the new hearing specialist. Christianne, she took care of my needs, and was very efficient. I will enjoy using New London office.

My hearing aids work awesome now for 2 years and had an issue with one. They got me in next day and repaired it in 5mins for only $25 cause under warranty. The staff is exceptional. Angela is a true professional and really cares about getting things resolved. Easily 5 stars for this place.

I was very impressed with my visit to HearingLife of New London NH. Dr. Shine is very thorough, knowledgeable and explained the results of my hearing test in language I could understand so I was able to make a decision about my options for hearing instruments. I felt very comfortable and trusting in the results of my test, and I am looking forward to being able to hear better and to establish a relationship with HearingLife. I was able to schedule an appointment within days of my stopping by the office to inquire about an appointment. Thank you to Angela at the front desk for your help with navigating paperwork so I would be prepared for my appointment. I was treated very well. They are patient, kind and understanding!
