New Image Dentistry

I thought reception was friendly and thorough. The dental assistant was friendly and kind. The dentist was cheerful and positive. For the first time I left the dentist office without the fear of going back! Although I do need some work done, the dentist made me feel like I was doing all the right things. I think positive feedback is appreciated as opposed to feeling like you're doing something wrong!

When I made the appt the staff was friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. They understood what I wanted done and developed a plan to make it happen. They submitted the plan to my insurance and took care of the referral. I have full confidence in them.

Went in for a general cleaning and check up, was told I have severe gum disease and that the treatments that are needed are only partially covered. I made the WRONG choice of scheduling just the cleaning as it was the cheapest part of the services needed and was quoted just over $100. I then come in, the following day, to get the “deep cleaning”. I get back to the chair and am told that my total had changed. I was now supposed to be paying over $200 for this “deep cleaning” and that it would all need to be paid in full, the day of. I should’ve known from the first appt, the hygienist caused my gums to bleed just from an exam, no cleaning yet. Jabbed the tools into my gums to make them bleed. I could feel it and had to pull away multiple times. The only redeemable part of the experience was

They are without question the best dental office I've had in over 20 yrs. The staff are all very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The dentist an hygienist were able to help me once again able to have functioning teeth and smile.

Staff were wonderful! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years and they made me feel at ease during the entire process. I am so glad I found this practice!
