I can not say enough good things about this place!! The staff is absolutely amazing! When your baby is sick, & you feel lost & hopeless!! The staff put me at ease and took excellent care of Ol’ boy! They told me to call anytime for updates while he was in the hospital. They called me ever so often and would update me on his condition!! I’ve never experienced this kind of care with a vets office. FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING TO ME AND OL’ BOY!! I can never thank you enough for saving him!! And then someone anonymously paid $500 on his vet bill which I’m so grateful for I cannot tell you how grateful I am for that!!! WHOEVER YOU ARE, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!! And thank you to the amazing staff!! Ol’ boy says thank you too!!

TLDR: Had to wait 2 1/2 hours after scheduled appointment to be seen. Grossly negligent vet did not lance nor clean my senior cat's abscess, nor provide any follow up care or call to check on my cat. My cat has been in a lot of unnecessary pain. Five days later (today) take her to her regular vet and they have to do what should have been done at Aloha and will likely need to put in a drain. I went for an appointment at 4:30 PM. 2 1/2 hours later I was still not seen and had to create a fuss to get seen. My senior cat had an abscess near her tail and was in a ton of pain. Dr. Smith glanced at the abscess for maybe two seconds and said the abscess had already started draining on its own so therefore it didn't need to be lanced nor cleaned. She did not bother to clean the wound or anything.

Thank you to all the staff at Aloha Pet and Bird Hospital for helping to identify the cause of Betsy’s (my pet hedgehog) rash and itching. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and gave me a very straightforward treatment plan with fair prices. I’m so grateful and happy to report Betsy the hedgehog is doing so much better!

Dr. Patrick Thompson and Vet Tech Ali were wonderful with my boy Valdor. They were mindful of my budget and only did what was diagnostically necessary, treating conservatively until more information came up. They were wonderful with taking samples and my puppy was very comfortable with them handling him! Thank you!

I had a friend caring for my kitty while i was trying to get my own place. on october 18th they informed me my kitty, Meera, was very sick. i had recently got an apartment and was planning on getting her anyway, so i got her and she could barely breath, was covered in her own snot, and was very skinny. i was so scared and i called vets in my area to see if they took walk ins and they all recommended aloha. i called aloha and informed them of her condition including open mouth breathing, and they told me to bring her in right away. she was seen right away. she had a severe upper respiratory infection and was hospitalized for two nights.
