Atlantis Urgent Care

I recently visited Atlantis Urgent Care for treatment of a spider bite. The treatment required two visits, and at both visits the wait time was very short for a walk-in clinic. I was treated by Dr Hill who was very professional,warm, and courteous. The entire staff including the front desk, the nurses,and the PA were all awesome. I was prescribed antibiotics and the bite is completely healed now. If you have family visiting from out of state I highly recommend this Clinic. My original review only had one star. That was my mistake this is definitely a five star Clinic

I visited Atlantis Urgent Care yesterday as I was suffering from acute bronchitis. I was happy I was seen again today, as in the past, by Lucas Marlatt APRN. He is such a wonderful caring provider! I am always impressed by his empathy, kindness, the fact he takes his time to really listen to my concerns. He explains everything in simple terms, just clear information on the illness and the treatments needed. I am very grateful for his excellent care! It's been less than 24 hours and feel better already. Thank you so much!

Very upsetting. My husband called in advance to ensure they would accept my health insurance on our way here. Drove 20 minutes to get here. I was shaking and needed to ensure I was not having an allergic reaction. I walked in, expressed my concerns. They just told me to go somewhere else because they took their last patient. I came in during business hours. Who just turns away someone who is just wanting to ensure they're not having an allergic reaction without making sure they are okay. 😭

I can't say enough about the care and professionalism of Atlantis Urgent Care. Yesterday was the second time I have been there, and they are top-notch in every way. Registration online was easy, and the wait time was very short. Receptionists were courteous and welcoming. James, the paramedic whom I met first, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My provider was Nicholle Rothengass, PA-C. From the moment she walked in, I felt at ease discussing my health concerns, and she really listened to me. She gave me great advice and a path forward, thank you! We are quite new to the area, and we are blessed to have Atlantis Urgent Care so close by!

Absolutely love this walk in! We have been going here since they opened years ago. We recommend it highly to friends & ppl from out of town also. Extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Office is very clean. The staff is amazing & very caring. Today I saw Lucas & James and they were awesome. Very fortunate to have this facility in our area. They take all insurance & also self pay. Pricing is very fair. Dont hesitate to go.
