Call Dan to get a DOT physical for my driver and they really tried to schedule me out to the next week. DOT physicals don’t wait it’s first come first serve. You guys lost my business today and any future business. I pay for several DOT physicals a month and it’s never as inconvenient. Take your money elsewhere

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I came here as a referral from a workplace injury. They did not check for the records that they sent over to them, so I had to do a lengthy check in. After that, it took the receptionist over 40 minutes to put me into an exam room when I was the ONLY PATIENT THERE!! From there, she took my vitals and asked me intake questions. She questioned the answers that I gave her, and had a skeptical and condescending attitude. My eyes were red and puffy from crying, and she assumed that I was on drugs. When I told her I had been crying for my injury, she seemed skeptical. I felt judged and like she was making assumptions about me. Then, it took over an hour for the doctor to come see me. When I went up to the front desk and told her I had to get back to work

I've been using New Hope for approximately 10 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences in that time! The Dr.s and staff are always pleasant to deal with and truly care about their patients. Even when I have experienced hard times financially I was still able to receive great care and not judged! Something I can't say about other Dr. offices have been to in the past. I highly recommend New Hope for anyone looking for great care at affordable prices! Also they're speed of service and working patients in, in an emergency, are second to none.

Dr. Syed is wonderful!!!! She doesn't just write a prescription and send you on your way. She also teaches you how to deal with and cope with the hardships of life in a positive way. She has made me a better person by utilizing the skills she has taught me and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done to improve my life. She has been such a blessing!
