I'm older and can honestly say my experiences have been great with New Health Dental, the front desk recipients are friendly & helpful with appointments to offering financial assistance, etc! Dr Russell DDS & her assistance are great, easy to talk to and addressing concerning, explaining what needs to be done, plus painless shots! I have dental anxiety from a bad past experience, I feel Dr Russell & her assistance do an amazing job at making me feel comfy, even offering a warm blanket if needed! ... So a win, win! Thank you!

Best dental experience(s) I’ve had, by far. From reception to check-out, everyone is kind, friendly, and professional. Very thorough explanations of procedures (and side note, VERY easy to work with for financial/sliding scale program), supportive and comforting for nervousness, and excellent guidance for improving overall oral health and routines. (You all are the best!)

Yes, they do have a lot of staffing issues. I have gone here since shortly after they opened. They were still working on the building on my first visit. Every time I have gone to an appointment, it is all new staff. I had seen Dr Tupper and talked about a treatment plan. Next time I went, Dr Tupper was gone. On one of my recent appointments, I was told they would not see me unless I paid $400 up front. I didn't have $400 in my pocket so I cancelled my appointment and left. I called the clinic when I got home to find out why they needed $400 to see me. They said because I owed them $900 from treatment several months ago. I did not receive an invoice,statements, phone call, or any attempt to let me know I had a balance...ended up being an insurance issue. Diane in billing office has told me

Very nice facility. And friendly staff. I had no unpleasant instances or encounters with any of the people working there. Yes, they are under-staffed, but they're working on it and likely doing the best they can with the resources they have. Very grateful they're here and helping me to transition to their very cost-friendly services for people who struggle financially (like myself). Thank you all!

Have a lot of staffing issues. If you're 10 minutes late, as a patient, you've abandoned your appointment. The same doesn't apply the other way around. I arrived to my appointment 5 mintues before my scheduled appointment time. During my 25 minute wait past my appointment time, another whole family of 5 showed up, and proceeded to allow their young children to use the lobby as a playground. There's a staircase at one end of the dental lobby and the father of this family couldn't bother himself to actually physically get up and regulate his young children's behavior, and my patience was wearing so thin after having this man yell over me at his children over and over again. This little boy, maybe two years old, I could almost see him falling down that stairwell as he kept going back to play
