The best dental office in the area. We refer lot of patients to NE Smiles and they always take good care of them. We have never had a patient complain. If you are looking for a dentist in Dracut, Lowell this is the place to go.

Great experience with my cleaning

My first visit to New England Smiles was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Bobba, in particular is an exceptional dentist who truly understands my dental needs. I highly recommend this dental clinic to all my friends and family.

I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. Communication was extremely poor, especially regarding changes to treatment plans. I often felt like I wasn’t being fully informed, and there was inconsistency in staff or dentists, which made it difficult to build any trust or continuity of care. There also seemed to be a lack of transparency when it came to billing and insurance. I frequently felt like services were being recommended or adjusted without clear explanation, and costs were not always communicated upfront. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about their treatment and billing before proceeding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice.
