The staff are warm and welcoming. When a large chain pharmacy was out of my medication and refused to call any outside pharmacies to fill my prescription, Health Care Family Pharmacy made sure to locate what I needed and stocked extra just for me as a precaution against future shortages. When my visiting grandmother needed a shower chair, Tiffany ordered one in for her immediately even though it was the weekend. The people here care and always take the extra mile to help me out. I switched all my prescriptions here.

Health Care Family Pharmacy has been instrumental in helping my parents adjust to the Arbors Assisted Living in Dracut (which is a great facility by the way). The staff is very attentive and the delivery service is terrific. Great to have a local pharmacy in the area.
