I hope this review will help others. I have a horrible fear of the dentist and I know a lot of people do. My son recommended Dr. Oh to me and lucky me, I had a tooth Crack. I called the office and was very nicely greeted by Kim. Kim went out of her way to help me not even knowing if I would be able to become a pt there because of my insurance. After, all the back and forths things all work out and I got an appt the same day but with Dr. Rubin. Right away, my nerves start because I wanted Dr. Oh. Fast forward to my appt... Anyone out there who is nervous please trust me and give this office a try! From the front desk, the assistance, and just everyone I met couldn't have made my experience any better. Fantastic dental practice. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! My recent appointment was a game changer, the practice has new state of the art technology to produce a crown in the office, didn’t have to go anywhere else to get it produced or return for a second visit to get it completed. DR Rubin even gave me a tutorial and tour of the unit as it manufactured my crown. It was done so precisely it fit perfectly without need for any adjustment. The entire staff is phenomenal and DR Rubin the best!

Dracut Dental was the dental practice I used since 1986. First it was Dr Zetlan and then Dr Rubin. I moved in 2023, so I figured I would find a practice closer to my new home. I did and it was fine until I needed a tooth pulled and my new dental practice informed me that they don’t pull teeth and referred me to an oral surgeon. This seemed weird to me because I didn’t need to be sedated. The oral surgeon told me I would need close to $2K, but “maybe” some of it would be covered by my insurance. I felt like they were taking advantage of the relentless pain I was experiencing. I called Dracut Dental and an old friend (Kim) answered the phone and set me up. Very professional, friendly and dedicated staff. They always address my issues effectively and efficiently. They do a pretty good job at keeping my teeth clean and healthy!, very up to date with new technology. Love the appointment reminders. It's a bit far for me to go but don't mind the travel.

Outstanding care. The staff is always friendly and helpful. True professionals. They use the most up to date equipment. The results are great work, such as cleanings with no pain at all. The actual Dentist (Dr Rubin) is an easygoing regular guy, who talks to you in an average Joe tone and is never condescending. Highly recommend this Dental Group..
