Finding another place these people have no respect for peoples questions or time. Extremely long waiting time 1 hr and 30 minutes of waiting after arriving for a scheduled appointment on time. Disrespectful at best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gulati for the past three years. Through her knowledge and care I have been treated for macular degeneration with much success. It is a chronic disease and requires indeterminant treatment. Dr. Gulati took both a scientific and human "caring" approach to my disease. She takes the time to answer all of my questions, ease my concerns, and collaborates with me on the best treatments for macular degeneration. With the current treatment plan I have gone from having injections every six to eight weeks to now having an injection every four months. Thank you Dr. Gulati!

I went to Dr. M to have a laser procedure. Barbra took me first and was wonderful. She probably could tell I was nervous and was very kind & explained everything that was going to be done. Dr. M was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain what was happening to my eye. The day before I had called to ask if I needed anything once I was home . The woman that answered the phone was very demeaning. She was very short with me. I finally just told her to have Dr. M's assistant call me. She was the only one that didn't deserve even 1 star.

I'm giving New England Retina this rating because of Dr. M. I've seen him for a few years now. I see him frequently because of my eye condition. He's very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you receive the best care. Most of the check-in/check-out staff is great as well. I will say, some of the technicians need to learn how to read patient charts better. I've been coming there for over 5+ years now and for certain things, I'm reiterating the same thing over and over on something that will never change because I was born with it. That part is a bit frustrating. But other than that, will remain going and seeing Dr. M -- he's the best.

These reviews are extremely inflated so here is an honest one! This office used to be great when Dr. Foster was there. It has gone downhill from the front desk to the doctors' insensitivity. Every time we have gone to this office, they have been rude and extremely impatient with not only my mother but other people in the waiting room. Whether it's over the phone or in person they do not care. I have witnessed in several different visits how the office staff constantly talks about the patients and makes it a very tense and uncomfortable environment. The doctors are good at what they do however they lack empathy and have poor people skills. We have always left unsure of the condition of her eyes after every visit because they don't explain a thing to you. If you care about your eye health or
