New England Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Hi My regular dentist, Bedford Dental wanted me to go here as Dr. Kharin thought perhaps there was something on the side of my tongue that he thought looked strange…Well of course, all I could think of was Oral Cancer..Well from the moment I walked in the door the whole staff was wonderful..The person at the front desk was great in helping me fill out the forms, the dental assistant was fantastic; before, during and after my exam and the Dr Kang.very good at explaining everything to me. Now, just before he went to examine my tongue, I was nervous and afraid of what he might find and so I asked his assistant “If she would mind holding my hand” because I was so afraid of what he might find, she said “Okay” and she did.. I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. They made every effort to get me in and taken care of. Great bunch of professional people that made me feel calm and at ease before, during, and after my procedure. Love' em.

Nice facility, very friendly front desk staff and caring nurses. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was extremely disappointing and distressing. I urgently had to get my molar extracted since I was in severe agony and pain for 5 days. My endodontist’s referred me to this facility after they had confirmed that this facility will be doing the procedure the same day as I was in a lot of pain. After driving 20 minutes, filling out paperwork, and waiting for 30 minutes, a nurse kindly took my details and checked my blood pressure. She then checks with the dentist who tells her that I should come the next day at a different location (he does not even have the decency to come and talk to me in person). I ask the nurse why they would ask me to come if there was no intention to do the

The administrative and medical support staff were competent and clear. The building was impressive. This was a pre-op visit, so I don’t know how the tooth extraction will go, but financial expectations were clearly laid out and we know what to do to prepare mentally, emotionally and physically for the procedure. Dr. Kang also seemed competent and calm.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the next day. You won't go wrong with this office.
