I’m not someone who ever leaves negative reviews, but the way this situation was handled genuinely shocked me. I have been a client here for almost four years and reached out today to make an appointment. I was told via text that they could no longer accept me as a client because I had exceeded their maximum of two cancellations. They listed the dates, which were two in 2023, three in 2024, and two in 2025. I am always extremely mindful of cancellation policies and have always canceled within their allowed window. What was never clear to me is that this appears to be a lifetime maximum of two cancellations total- i was completely unaware of this and have never encountered anything like this elsewhere. Where do I even start! I wish I could rate Dream Beauty 10 stars out of 5! Rosie has been doing my lashes for about two years now. Prior to her, I had about 6 different lash artists - most of which were amazing, but Rosie’s dedication to perfection and customer service is absolutely unmatched. Coming from a single mother with little to no help, Rosie has always been more than understanding and compassionate with time constraints etc, whilst remaining professional and always delivering top quality work. I don’t know how I got so lucky to find her, but there is no one I trust more with my lashes, face and eyes than Rosie herself. I will never go to another business. Rosie is unbeatable!

I came to Rosie when my eyebrows had been messed up! Rosie looked at them & was so comforting telling me that she was going to do what ever it takes to make my eyebrows look better & professional. When Rosie did my first correction there was a lot of difference & i was very happy. Then she gave me a second appointment & this time around the work was exceptional! The job done was fantastic that most people i came in touch with were asking me where i had my eyebrows done. Rosie is a good listener, friendly & patient young lady who puts in ALL her effort into her work to make her clients happy. There is no way i can take my eyebrows to anyone else but Rosie.
