While the receptionist Nicole and the hygienist were both extremely nice and helpful, the dentist was very condescending and rude. I have gone here for years and I will never go back because of her. It was the worst experience I’ve had with any dental professional in my life. What a horrible woman.

Dr. Khan and his staff of overall dentist professionals specializing in specific dentistry are all knowledgeable, caring as they explain what they will be doing as well as when they are doing the specific procedure. The hygienists as well as the office staff are caring and professional as well. I have had various types of dentistry needed and I highly recommend Billerica Dental Associates. Dr. Khan is outstanding in his dentistry.

We had to switch dentists after our previous practice stopped working with our insurance and I was nervous about how stressful this change would be for our three kids (13, 8, and 4) who have never been big fans of the dentist. It went wonderfully. The staff is helpful, relaxed and welcoming. The location is lovely and well-maintained. My older two had very positive experiences and were very comfortable. We weren't even sure that the youngest would cooperate but she was coaxed into a full cleaning and chatted happily with the hygienist. (In fact a day later she's still talking enthusiastically about the pretty dental lady who helped her and let her pick something from the prize box.) I was so pleased and relieved. (They were great working with the adult, too.)

I had a wonderful experience here once again. I’m a big baby when it comes to dental work but doctor Kahn made me so at ease. His staff are so very comforting and great at putting me at ease. I was able to get a crown in just one day! The office has a state-of-the-art facility that makes the permanent crown while you wait. So happy it was a one visit appointment!

I’ve been going here since I was a little kid and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the doctors are extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. Nobody really enjoys going to the dentist but they make the experience the best it can be!
