I’ve been a patient of New England Dental for well over a decade, but the quality and consistency of care I received over the past year has been extremely disappointing. Years ago, when I did not have insurance, I paid $150 out of pocket for a night guard that lasted for years without a single structural issue. That reliable experience is what made me trust the office enough to replace it there again. However, since replacing that original guard, I’ve received 2–3 new guards from this office in the past year alone and every one of them cracked or broke within just a few months. Despite having insurance this time, the office billed my insurance hundreds of dollars and still charged me $250 out of pocket for a guard that failed almost immediately. 5-Star Review New England Dental I had an amazing experience at New England Dental during my cleaning yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The front desk was warm and efficient, helping everything move smoothly. My hygienist took great care of me, gentle, thorough, and very informative about what she was doing the entire time. She made the cleaning feel easy, and my teeth have never felt better. The dentist was also incredibly kind and took the time to explain what he saw and what I should watch for moving forward. The space is clean, comfortable, and definitely patient-centered. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with genuine care, New England Dental is it. New England has been taking care of our dental hygiene for over a decade now. All the Doctors and the staff are very courteous and professional at all times. I go there twice a year for my annual dental hygiene and Dr Golnar does an excellent job.
