NEW DHAKA PHARMACY

Called ahead, and very difficult to understand if the medicine was ready or not. Went there to pick up regardless and the old guy behind the counter saw me, no acknowledgement and opened a door behind him and left. I am now alone in the pharmacy waiting area and no one is there to help me. I called my primary doctor to change the pharmacy immediately. Very terrible customer service, don't give your business to this location.

Most of the Bengali workers here are terrible. Zero customer services and very difficult to understand their English. Only staff that knows how to talk properly and good English is Mr Mahindra. He is good and tries to understand/help you.

I wait today to pick up medicine may be 2 hours. when calling no one pick the phone. the people working very angry all the time, why?

The customer service is really terrible. Very direct and plainly rude. No English vocabulary, if anyone else is having issue with their customer service, you should reach out to NY medicaid and file complaint.

It’s not bad, they are friendly. But waiting time little bit high
