Been going there for years. Dr. Gladstone is our friend more so than a physician. His manners, experience and personality speaks volume in the attention he gives his patients. Office is clean with a friendly staff. Ample parking .

My father and were given the info for this practice by his primary care doctor (same building). Front desk staff was rude and that is who you have “greeting” potential patients. I said we came from upstairs and want to make an appointment. The rude woman stated no that’s not how this works. She informed us of “your doctor knows the routine”, have them fill this out and send it back. Forget it. People coming to a cardiologist, are not coming to say hi- they are coming with an ISSUE. Called the other place that we were given info for and got an appointment for next week. This place, rather the front desk staff needs an attitude adjustment.

Front desk staff is rude. Dr. Khannah’s assistant doesn’t follow up as promised. Had to check one of the women at the front desk for clapping (ghetto street behavior) in my Mother’s face because they had a valid question. She speaking and repeatedly saying he needed to see a kidney doctor but if she were effectively listening he already seen the doctor They can do much better.

I think this Cardiology office does not know what medical care means, when I asked for an appointment they told me the first availability for new patients after 3 months, There are 6 Doctors in this group, and I have no preference for any of them When I told the office manager that too much, She said to me if it is urgent go to ER. I told her I was not a Doctor to evaluate my Cardio condition. Poor understanding of Medical Care

Unfortunately, this is not a good review. Been a patient of hers for about 10 years. Came in with heart issues but all I heard was 'you're too young and healthy to have heart issues, must be anxiety. Note, 4 people in my family died of heart issues. I did go from someone that was young and healthy when i first visited to someone who was told on the last visit that I needed to talk to a heart transplant doctor at another hospital! How's that for receiving A-quality care. Another note, the last discharge paper I received from the hospital indicated the reason I came in was for anxiety. Amazing. I was also told I was too young for a Defib device but yet she planted one in me during an EP study. I'm not even 60. Unfortunately in her panic she implanted the wrong type of device, the leads in t
