New Baltimore Family Dentistry

I can think of a hundred things I'd rather do than go to the dentist. But after my appointment today for an exam & cleaning, I will never go anywhere else! I highly recommend this practice. The staff are amazing!! They are polite, professional, super friendly and communicate clearly. I was seen on time, and find their pricing fair & very clearly communicated. My tech was so knowledgeable, and gentle but through & the dentist was awesome too. The place is modern, huge & spotless...11 out of 10 in my book!

This office is wonderful! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years… and I lost a filling over a weekend and they got me in first thing Tuesday morning as a new patient. Dr. Spenser Morgan was very nice and thorough. He was able to give me a dental plan with cost breakdowns and explanations. He was very understanding and patient with all my questions and concerns. The office staff is very very nice, super understanding and also very patient with all of my questions. Overall the experience I have had with the office is nothing short of amazing. My husband also became a patient because of how wonderful this office is. We won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Ross had me in and out the office in under an hour. 2 extractions and a filling. One extraction being a wisdom tooth. I was scared and embarrassed about the state of my dental hygiene. The whole staff made me and my daughter feel welcome, not judged. Dr. Ross is kind and patient my 5 year old is a little sassy and he handled her sass and questions with amazing compassion and professionalism. It has been a nightmare trying to find a dentist that is taking new clients. New Baltimore Family Dentist took me in next day and did everything needed in one visit!! This will be my family's new dentist!! Highly recommend 10/10 staff. 10/10 cleanliness. 10/10 EVERYTHING.

The staff is friendly and so considerate... Short wait times. Really pleasant energy in the office. You can tell the staff like where they work. Dr. Morgan is compassionate and skilled. The little kind touches really count... Highly recommend them!

I continue to have excellent experiences here. Right now my hygienist is filling in for my regular and she’s pretty awesome too. While I miss my regular Michele, Jennifer is fun and funny. Front desk, coming and going, are professional and kind.
