Kelly’s Pharmacy

Not bad for a small-town pharmacy. It is close to an Urgent Care which makes picking up prescribed medications easy. The staff were pleasant.

I have been a customer of Kelly's Pharmacy, the West Coxsackie location, for about a year and a half. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Each time I call, I am met with friendly and helpful service and the same goes for when I am actually able to make it in there in person. The delivery service they offer during the week has been so incredibly helpful for me in my current state of health. They too always meet me at my door with a friendly smile, kind words and are always prompt and reliable. I feel they truly do their due diligence when it comes to hiring the absolute best staff. I have never been treated with anything but empathy, kindness and a smiling face. They are also usually a step ahead of me before I even call. By far the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. And

Favorite pharmacy ever! All the staff is wonderful and welcoming. They get my scripts when I come in and always offer to help me with whatever I need. Love the gentleman at the counter. He has been there since the start and is sweet and kind to my kids and husband. Love them!!!

I've used Kelly's Pharmacy in Coxsackie NY for several years. Recently I was prescribed a medicine directly from the VA but I had some concerns about the interactions with other pills. I called Kelly's for some further guidance and was provided with excellent info about the new prescription (even thou they were not the provider). Sincere thanks to the Pharmacist for taking the extra time and caring response to my questions. Please note, this is not a reflection on the care provided by the VA. I fell back on an excellent local resource and they helped without any question.

I really don't know who hired the guy that help people at the counter. He really needs to be fired. Has no customer service at all. I had to deal with him a few time. Today my wife went in to pick up for our sick daughter. My wife said he was just nasty. Before they redid the store the people were very nice. This guy is just completely worthless.
