I was.born.and raised here on the uppernwest side. As far back as I can remember this has been my families go to pharmacy for everything from prescriptions to unofficial advice and guidance for various products remedies and other non medical concerns and products. The employees are generally helpful and willing to listen and help if they can.. overall my experiences with this pharmacy have been decent and fair.

Reached out to ask if they had a medicine in stock, they made an assumption to what medicine I was calling to ask for. Once I clarified it was a different medicine and not “Adderal” the representative/clerk responded with “okay good.” Very unprofessional for healthcare workers.

Gil Bernstein and his pharmacy staff are kind and easy-going. They work hard to get what you may need even if it’s not in stock.

So happy to have made the switch from CVS! This group gets it done, and they get it done correctly and efficiently. Always. Whether it’s prescription refills, vaccinations, medical products and sundries - these guys are heads and tails above any CVS or Diane Reade. Support local small business.

I really don’t write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I recently visited this pharmacy as it is my neighbor pharmacy. I have lived in this neighborhood even before this business opened. My few last visits to this establishment my customer experience have been not very nice. I recently went to pick up a prescription. I greeted the lady at the counter with a warm good morning and a smile 2xs. She did not acknowledge me nor even look up to acknowledge me. She said “yes” I said hi Im here to pick up a prescription. Her response: “pick up” with an attitude l. Perhaps she was mad or angry not sure. I responded yes pick up. She turned around found my prescription and walk over to the register scanned the item, turned the signature screen around and with her head down with no eye contact said
