Worst experience I ever had. The Dr doesn't care about his patients they just care about how much money they call make. I paid my co pay of $60.00 and felt like I threw away money. The dr assistant did my routine vitals and ekg and got my weight off by 37 lbs. Which i didnt find out until the next day from the medical portal i created to get my ekg results. When i opened the portal i noticed that my chart said patient is obese my first thought was it wasnt my chart. My name was correct but obese i weighed in at 128 lbs they but in my chart i weighed 165 lbs. And to this date no one has called me to go over my ekg results. Dr. Miranda walked into room asked me 3 questions then told me I could check out. He did not look at me or even listen to my heart. I was disgusted with the level of

Doctor is extremely rude has zero care for his patients absolutely disgusted how we were treated, staff is never at their desk to help they are usually outside on a smoke break at the front patient entrance. Where you have to pass by their smoke to enter.

My experience with Dr Rhodes and his staff has been extremely professional and pleasant! In fact, he was the only doctor I've had in years that was able to pinpoint why I was having extreme heaviness in my legs and dizziness when I bent over! Also been in the Henderson office working the vascular surgeon who is also wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Rhodes, his associates and their staff!

This was absolutely the most unprofessional and most uneducated experience I have ever had in my life. This place should have its license revoked. They refused to see me because of my normal pregnancy symptoms. They wanted me to go to urgent care so I could get a clearance that I was pregnant and okay prior to even taking my vitals….which I had just informed them I was at the ER a month ago and was referred to them. This was complete B.S…. Unprofessional I feel sincerely bad for anyone who seeks their care. This is also not my first experience with this unprofessional facility. They also lied to my husband when he went in to ask questions.. they lied about saying they took my blood pressure when they refused to even touch me. The doctor was nice, but the office staff are horrible. They would not give me the extension of the person I needed to talk to, or the email address of the office so that I could send a letter from my doctor about accommodations for my disability. I plan to file a formal complaint. 0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND!
