Nevada Heart and Vascular

Went in for a follow up after a procedure. Had an infection. Doctor said he was writing a prescription. He never sent the prescription. His staff lied to me and said they sent the prescription. I ended up going to ER later that night. I have not heard back from the office.

I had a wonderful experience here! I was skeptical because of the reviews and how packed the waiting area was, I thought that I would be waiting for a dreadful amount of time! I did wait to be called back for about 30min past my appointment time, but as soon as I was called back I was seen and treated right away! The doctor and assistant seemed competent and efficient! The front end staff were very friendly and upbeat, which is very refreshing because not a lot of places have happy/positive employees these days! I was in and out within an hour and on my way back home, not lacking quality care! I am very happy with the service and treatment here

This business as a whole is not about the customer. I waited more than 10 months to get results of a sleep test. When I finally got a hold of someone at their offices they still gave me a run around. When a doctor finally did call me even she was extremely upset at the lack of professionalism. Yet they still have the audacity to charge the full amount of a consultation visit after hearing my complaints. They started out really great, but the past 2 years have been something else.

The lady yesterday said the doctor would call, he didn’t . The lady today called at 7am, refused to even leave a note because it “wasn’t her problem” You’ll get a call from my lawyer.

Debbie (ultrasound tech) was amazing! She was understanding, kind and empathetic with my procedure. She made me comfortable and at easy! Thank you Debbie for being so kind and for everything you do for us patients!
