I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent experience at your office. I was contacted to schedule an appointment and was assured that my referral had been received and everything was in order. However, when I arrived for my appointment, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was told that the referral was not on file and that I would have to pay the full amount of $350 because my insurance would not cover the visit without it. This was extremely upsetting, especially since I had already confirmed the referral twice on the same day over the phone. If there was any issue with the referral, I should have been notified ahead of time—not at the appointment. Additionally, the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration of the situation. I

After bringing my son here he has changed soo much. Doctor knew exactly how to treat him. Great staff always courteous and helpful.

My daughter had an appointment on last sat. But I have cancel because she had high fever. (I CALLED EARLY BEFORE THE OFFICE HOURS. WHICH THEY TRANSFER TO LIVE OPERATOR TO TOOK THE MESSAGE!) I rescheduled on Monday. They set it up coming up Sat. I even just confirmed the appointment by the email they sent. Then they call they need to reschedule because they can't do on Sat. That's OK. They gave me 3 option but unfortunately I can't those days with I got to work or we have doctor appointments already. so I said we have to schedule in April. The doctor get the phone from the nurse talk to me like I don't tell him when he should take my appointment and I should be more serious to take care my child when he try to help us since I cancel her appointment on Sat(with fever). Excuse me!!???? Now

We had an easy time getting a quick follow up appointment with Dr Ezugha’s office after an emergency room evaluation. A real person answers the office phone instead of a machine. The intake forms were online and easy to fill out. They send out appointment reminders through email, text, and phone calls. No wait time once we got to the office. Dr Ezugha was very thorough in listening and taking in the history and doing the exam on my child. I felt like my child will be getting the best workup. We will be getting referrals for physical therapy and more imaging studies and have already scheduled a follow up appointment. Thank you Dr Ezugha’s and thank you to the office staff!
