Neu Urgent Care

The only reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because of Dr Jenny. She is an exceptional Dr who truly cares with her heart for patients. Dr Jenny is very thorough and she is very knowledge. She helped diagnose my husband correctly and I like that she always takes her time to explain the health problem, tests and medications and how they work on our body. To be honest, the quality of this clinic went down a lot. Whenever Dr Jenny is not working, my husband and I don’t like coming here. It seems like the other doctors don’t know what they are doing and the male doctor is always rushing. I started to call the clinic and only come in for visits when Dr Jenny is working and would only recommended this place if she is there.

I noticed this business deleted their old Google business listing & made a new one to get rid of the bad reviews, so I wanted to repost my review from 2023/2024 on why I stopped going there 2 years ago after exclusively going there for 5 years. :) This used to be a five star review about how much I enjoyed this office and their PA’s. PA’s are still great. Even (most) front desk staff is great. New urgent care exclusive hours and days policy is just extremely dumb and ignorant of established primary care patients. Policy was not posted anywhere on social media, their website, or in the office. Terrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend Even as a Last Option I don’t know if this review will even be seen, but I’m just sharing the truth based on my own experience. I made an appointment with my primary doctor specifically to see a male doctor. I confirmed everything ahead of time. My appointment was first set for 11:00 AM on Friday, then changed to 12:00 PM. I showed up at 11:50 AM and was taken to Room 1 after check-in. I waited there until 12:41 PM — nearly an hour — with no one checking on me. We have used Neu for several years now, for our entire family. The quality of care is well beyond what I have come to expect from other Urgent Cares or even Emergency Rooms. The staff is professional, polite, kind, and knowledgable. I have come to know that if my children, wife, brother, or I require care, this is always the first stop.

Have been going here for years without issue, but my recent interactions have left me so astoundingly frustrated that I won’t be going again. Doctor doesn’t respect patients’ time or even interact with them much, and he gave me three referrals that were out of my network. I was told later that this is their standard practice and you can take the referral anywhere. If that’s the case, I really didn’t need to be seen by y’all and you just took my money and gave me no help at all (after being a literal hour late for our appointment and then spending a LITERAL five minutes with me where he seemed annoyed that I was annoyed). Oh, and one of the referrals was for the wrong kind of doctor. And he also didn’t send over a script that he said he would. Let me see this guys medical license? Cuz he al
