Hazel Park Urgent Care

I had to get an appointment ASAP, I feel so so terrible but Gianna up front helped me book an appointment and I swear I wait longer at my PCP than I did here. Asia was really kind and the PA who did my exam was very empathetic and helpful. I’m always skeptical of urgent cares but if I ever need one, I’m coming here for great patient care. Thank you ladies! Time for some soup and a nap 😷😴

First time at Hazel Park Urgent Care was a pleasant experience when you're feeling bad. Front desk, and all staff were great. I was able to get my prescriptions at the pharmacy in the building. The pharmacist was pleasant, also, although both places were busy the whole I was there.

Things can change very quickly. This used to be my favorite urgent care in Michigan, but unfortunately the experience has gone downhill due to the front desk staff. We came in on Monday, February 2nd at 8:00 PM to pick up a letter after calling throughout the entire day. During those calls, we were given completely inconsistent information — everything from “the letter will be sent in 30 minutes,” to “we need to ask the doctor and get back to you,” and finally “you have to come in to get the letter.” The lack of clear communication alone was frustrating, but what followed made the situation worse. When we arrived, the front desk staff assisting us were extremely rude and dismissive. They rolled their eyes while we were simply providing basic information and asking reasonable questions.

Dr. Agha has been my primary care doctor for years now, and was my mother’s before that. He always takes the time to listen to me, I can joke with him, makes me feel comfortable, and HEARS YOU. He cares about your medications being stable, and isn’t ever trying to push anything. Even when I had brought a bunch of things to him to check, he patiently heard me out and helped me do the tests I wanted to do. If he ever doesn’t want to do something or says no, he explains why and that’s so important to understand because it almost always comes back to you being treated safely and effectively. I have seen other doctors at other places for emergent situations when he wasn’t available, and when I come back to see him I literally leave and let out a sigh of relief because if you’ve dealt with a bun

I just have to say I did wait a long time today because it was busy but I felt very taken care of. Today is 2/9/2026 the nurses and dr I seen was amazing. I forget her name but she was very sweet and kind and helpful. Thank you guys. To that DR best experience I've ever had with a dr. I'll be back if me or my children need care. Even the receptionist in the front are kind. Thank you guys. I fell today at work and was having a bad day and you guys made it better.
