I love Bertram. We always have a nice conversation about current events. He's very kind, polite and hilarious. In a time when all the smaller companies have been gobbled up by big conglomerates, it's nice to experience the mom & pop feel of the past, that I'm sure we all miss so much. He knows his customers, even when you call on the phone. He goes out of his way to help, any way he can. I recently lost my ins, therefore had to put taking my medication on hold. He hasn't seen me in a while and asked my husband if I was ok. You don't get customer service like that from the big box places. I will always go to Bertram.

AMAZING SERVICE!! I will NEVER goto a different pharmacy! I have already referred EVERYONE in my family, the staff here have a GENUINE desire to take CARE of their customers!! They have gone WAY ABOVE BEYOND AND FAR OUT OF THE WAY, to take care of me personally!! I swear to GOD I am a REAL customer, and this is if nothing else a watered down version of how I feel!!
