Nestleroad & Roberts, Optometrists - Mt. Vernon

I love how convenient this optometrist is! We used to drive an hour and I’m glad we switched. I have four children, 12 and under, and two of them are in glasses. They are kind, efficient and good with kids. We even have had two pair of glasses break (little boys are hard on things) and have had no trouble with getting things back in working condition. Highly recommend.

I have worn glasses since I was 7 and have seen many eye doctors since my parents moved us around a lot. I can tell you that the service that I have received since being a patient here is out of this world. The doctors are all so nice, they listen to you and your concerns and all of the ladies were so nice and helpful when it came to checking my eyes to getting my glasses and making the appointments. I really recommend this office to everyone, of all ages as well. They will be my family Optometrists forever.

He was great with my 4 year old son! You can tell he has children and he knows how to work with them! Thank you for making it a child’s appointment and actually talking to him like a child where he can understand. As well as making him feel comfortable.

Agree with many...the doctor and ladies doing the diagnostics and working with the glasses were awesome...the reception staff are horrible! Have not a clue what customer service is much less how to provide it! They also need to be considerate of patients who have lung issues. The extremely strong air freshener made it impossible for me to stay inside until my appt because it caused my lungs to close up. Told the reception staff and they just shrugged. This office needs to pay attention to the reviews. My husband didn’t get his motorcycle glasses for over 8 weeks! That was the lab and not the office, just gives the overall effect of poor service.

I have been going here for YEARS and not had a single issue. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. My insurance would not cover my contacts so I paid out of pocket for the exam, fitting, and a year's supply of contacts and even that was extremely affordable!! Everyone here genuinely cares!
