The reception lady is a VERY rude woman. I’d love to use some other choice words for her honestly. 😂 I called because I’d never even heard of a clinic in Mount Vernon, so I was just calling to see what kind of clinic it was. She gave me a very rude “it’s a doctor’s office.” And then when I said “okay, thank you. I was just calling to see.” All I got was an “okay”, and hung up on. She apparently needs some more coffee in her mornings. This is one reason I hate Cox. They hire just about anyone.
