Awful!!! I had a sick child and I needed to reach on call doctor to get some advice and they refused to speak with me. I didn't know what to do. There used to be a time when u could call and reach on call and they would tell u what u should do. The nurse flat out told me that the Dr declined to take the call and then went on to say they have other emergencies. Wow!!! Will definitely be switching. We ended up going to ER with a serious outcome

First off I want to say this was my first time coming here and I will not be coming back. Not only did the dr leave the room 3x in the middle of our conversation once to answer her cell phone and two times to get paperwork to show me something but we’re in the middle of a conversation, you can listen to the parent and patient before just leaving mid sentence. She left the door completely opened while checking my sons private parts so patients outside the door were just listening , breaking HiPAA right there. And then she asked me the same questions 4 different times. And i simply told her you know you’re rushing me I’m a new patient I’m not liking the way you’re treating us, I’ve answered your questions 4 different times now and you’re clearly not listening because you’re obviously focusin
