Horrible first time patient experience. Scheduled an appointment yesterday with the receptionist and she tells me I'm all set for a 9 AM appointment for today. I show up on time and was told that I was actually supposed to arrive at 8:45 to fill out new patient paperwork so my appointment was canceled without notice. I then explained that the receptionist had not informed me to arrive early and had I known I would have been here at the appropriate time. Then the receptionist asks me to wait while she tries to see if the hygienist can still see me today. I proceed to wait in the waiting room for an hour with the receptionist knowing that I already have another appointment I have to get to at 11:00 a.m. in the interim I overhear three other patients one of which was a mother of three who the

Not going back, I could feel that my cleaning was not even close to good. The hygienist was not very good the equipment was dated. They don't measure your gums, they don't fully clean or polish your teeth. I have bone loss in my gums and the dentist told me nothing about my bone loss after the X-rays. All she did was confirm that my fillings were still in place, and seemed proud of being able to count to 4. Did not even check my teeth for cavities, or notice the atrocious job the hygienist did. You've been warned, stay away.

Told me I had 2 cavities (never had one before in my life) went to another doctor showed them the X-rays and told them they said I had cavities. And they said they are wrong and I am fine. They were so pushy to put a filling in the same day too

Came to get a root canal, they only do Thursdays. Waited a month to get done. New appointment: 1pm for the Endodontist. Waited 3 hours, finally brought me in, waited another 90 minutes, they close in 30 minutes. Highly do not recommend for Endo work

Very bad...I was told that approval would be needed for a procedure from my insurance. I texted a week later.l and was told it may take four weeks for approval. I finally got time to call my dental insurance, no inquiry ever made nor did I need approval. Horrible. The cleaning was not that good either.
