It's not the worst office I've ever visited. It's clean. I've never had to wait overly long. I've been treated here for 4 years and have had 4 different doctors, some more than once on and off, so I never know for sure who I will see. The one they seem to have settled upon for the past year is a man with the personal warmth of a dead fish. The kind of person you can tell his face would break if he were ever to attempt a smile. But that's his problem. He gets the job done, and isn't too much of a scold. I will confess, I don't look forward to seeing him, but his personality has nothing to do with his experience and education, so I won't knock points off for a lack of bedside manner. I recently visited this practice for the first time, and I feel strongly compelled to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt an unsettling lack of warmth and engagement from the staff. The atmosphere was cold, and the doctor himself seemed impatient rushing through my appointment as if my concerns were an inconvenience. As a patient, I expect my physician to be compassionate, attentive, and willing to answer my questions. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness. When I sought clarity on my diagnosis and treatment, I was handed generic information packets that had nothing to do with my actual concerns. That’s not care that’s avoidance. I was dealing with high blood pressure and no one tried too help me control it the doctor make sure you get worse so you can end up on dialysis they cover the problem with medications I dealt with the problem for several years and it took me having too get on dialysis for 18 months before I could draw my SSDI! I started Dialysis 2021 and I started reading and search for solution myself I start eating right and exercising I took less medication and I started getting better the Nephrologist didn’t want too take me off dialysis when I started doing better wouldn’t give me test I asked for until I filed a grievance against their office in Raleigh NC they moved the woman doctor from the building I was going too because she told the manager of the dialysis office too tell me and my daughter if

I have found Dr. Alam and his staff to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have seen both Miranda and Shannon and have absolutely no complaints. The office staff are very nice, too, as well as the lab workers.

Absolutely the worst doctors office I've ever dealt with very impersonal doctors who do not care about the patients only look at one tiny glimpse of a patients history. Will not be going back
