This is the best pharmacy. They answer any questions and always have my meds ready and waiting.

I loved this place the 1st time I set foot there. I was manic,but they stayed calm. They were patient, understanding,and compassionate.I can't imagine ever having to change pharmacies again. Thank you for all you do. I've never seen a more professional pharmacy yet so caring for even a crazed stranger like me.

I visited the Shelby Pharmacy on 2-13-24 and I was absolutely amazed by the staff here. I was given a prescription by my dermatologist that had to be compounded so he sent me here. I was greeted warmly as soon as I approached the counter and was told they could have my prescription ready quickly. I sat down and then one of the ladies behind the counter asked me if I wanted a lollipop while I waited and I said, yes! Who does that anymore? I thought it was awesome! Before I knew it my prescription had been filled and the pharmacist came out to greet me and gave me instructions for my medication. He told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns. This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and so helpful. The pharmacist answered all of my questions and helped me understand how the medicines worked. When I was confused, they were patient.
