Aspen Dental - Shelby, NC

Today was my first visit at Aspen due to an emergency and all the staff was wonderful. Dr. Story was exceptionally kind and very informative when giving me options for my treatment. I didn't feel pressured to make choice and thats important to me. Krysti was very kind as well. I also had the opportunity to sit with Heather who listened to what I wanted and how I wanted my plan tailored to my liking. I recommend Aspen dental for anyone who's looking for affordable, efficient dental care.

Shout out to Bre for all of her hard work! As well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was very nice friendly and helpful. Im glad I came. Heather and Scott were so friendly and helpful with my assessment and getting things going for me. Sloane is super friendly and made sure i was comfortable and had all I needed. Dr Story is very friendly and knowledgeable, she is very dedicated to keep her patients satisfied.

After reading the reviews here, there appears to be a theme. I chipped a tooth. I just wanted it fixed. I was up front about that. They took me back, did x-rays, used 3d imaging, and evaluated my mouth. The pressure began from that moment. I suddenly had periodontal disease and needed treatments which included multiple visits and antibiotics to repair the damage. I also needed fluoride nightly with night guards. They found 2 cavities, 2 potential cavities which needed treatment right now, and I needed 2 crowns. I was sent to talk with the money lady where I was given a bill for $5500 and told I could make payments. I then said no I will not be doing any of that today. Then suddenly things were not nearly as important and were removed from the bill to make it cheaper. After 2 hours, I asked

I loved Dr. Story, Sharon, and her staff. I felt really understood, seen, and respected. I had a couple of presenting issues and I felt she customized my health care plan not only to prevent future issues prioritizing my long term health but also my comfort. She was extremely through, answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The all-woman staff were wonderful — patient, gentle, and so considerate, especially knowing my past dental experiences. I feel so grateful for their thoughtful and kind approach. I will definitely come back again! I'm so glad to have found such a wonderful dentist.

I’ve been coming here for a month now and this crew has made me feel at home !! They’re very understanding , work around your schedule and make sure you feel comfy!!! Heather was very very helpful as far as helping me with my financial plan along with Scott !! Super outgoing and nice ! They made me want to come back !! Dr story had been an ANGEL. My anxiety will send my body into shock & she made sure to make me breathe, relax, & if I felt anything, they made sure to fix that asap!! 💛 not to mention miss Any in the front !! Super outgoing and helpful !! Real deal nice 🥹. 100000/10 recommend this location . I’ll never go anywhere else !!! And I’m a HUGE baby !! I LOVEEEE my crown !
