At the age of 23 I tested positive for the BRCA 1 gene mutation. Dr. Blomain assured me that when the time came for my mastectomy and reconstruction that he would be by my side! At 38 I finally decided to under go the strongly suggested bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with reconstruction. Dr. Blomain was there for me every step of the way! And his staff always made me feel at ease. I am truly blessed to have known my risk and had this opportunity that others have not. Don’t be reluctant to have prophylactic surgery. Especially if you’re under Dr. Blomain’s care! Follow his lead..and you’ll look better than when you started. ;) I am eternally grateful doc!

I had finger surgery with Dr. Blomain. Very professional, funny and relatable doctor who fixed finger back to its original state. Office staff was very helpful in scheduling follow up appointments quickly and at my convenience. I would always use Dr. Blomain in the future!

While I cannot speak for the quality of this surgeons work, I sure hope it is not a reflection of the poor attitude of his staff. I called optimistically as a follow up from a referral, and the woman answering the phone sounded disgusted to have picked up the phone in the first place. She didn’t bother to check for a fax my pcp confirmed they sent over, and then told me “they don’t take that state insurance” and hung up on me. I sure hope clients that make it through the door are treated better. 0/10.

Fantastic plastic surgeon. However, his administrative staff is unorganized and rude. The assistant “Emily” was incredibly unprofessional, laughing in a very crass manner after they wanted me to move an appointment they messed up. This caused me to seek services elsewhere.

brilliant, professional doctor. excellent care all the way from consultation to planning sessions to surgery day to weeks post op. wouldn’t trust anyone else.
