Contacted DePitro's end of December and arranged transfer from The Prescription Center. Delivery was scheduled for January 9. No delivery. No meds. Mr Sunny RX tech who likes to blow smoke up your butt listed it as pickup. Three days no pills. Unimpressed...

Absolutely #1 pharmacy !! Really nice and quick!! My grandmother prescription ready same day with in couple of hours. The staff is knowledgeable and great as a person. I really like this pharmacy.Please don’t go to big box pharmacy. Please support our hometown pharmacy and our hometown hero TOM for his great work

Im very upset. I get the pill box for my medications. Well on the 6th day I started to feel not so well. By today the 7th I became very ill to the point of almost being hospitalized. I couldn't understand what was happening. I went upstairs to my bedroom and pulled the packets out of the box. Low and behold a pill that is vitale for my health was NEVER included in my daily pill box!!! I was shocked! How could somebody let this slide??? I suffered for over a week until I realized that I did not have this vital pill. Thank God I had a old pill bottle that has some of those pills in it. Thank God 🙏🙏 I took the pill right away! Some of the symptoms have calmed down but not stopped from missing over a week of doses. YOU NEED TO STOP ALL OF YOU AND SLOW DOWN PRODUCTION!!! YOU ARE GOING TO CAUSE

After waiting 24 hours I showed up to pick up a prescription that was not even started. After waiting 45 minutes I was told that they needed to call the insurance to get it approved but this isn’t the first time I have had this filled. I questioned the girl at the register what happened that it was not filled and she was rude and said it just wasn’t processed.

Great hometown private pharmacy. Staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. And they have a delivery service.
