The doctors are amazing and provide great care and help as much as possible. The sales team is downright awful. Refuse to help repair your glasses. Will lie and say they are discontinued. The guy has the attitude of a high pressure used car salesman. If his sales pitch doesn’t work he will then be condescending to push you to his sale goal when he saw you. His attitude is why I will never buy anything from this place again. Just go for my doctor visits.

Wow!!! I was immediately shocked at the inside! The inside is just beautiful! All the receptionists were attentive and said good morning to me. (I always look for that) not even 5 minutes later I was pulled back for my exam. All the rooms I was placed in were nicely sized and clean! I can’t remember any ones names unfortunately but they were all individually amazing! After the exam the doctor came in and took his time with me.I really enjoyed his manner. Picking out my glasses was a breeze. The breakdown of the cost was very helpful. The check out receptionist was so kind. I really appreciate them and their diligence for patients. Not to mention how put together the entire staff is. They are all professionals. I wish every single office was like theirs! I will be switching my mother to the

Eye exams here are Best in Class: unrushed and thorough. Then...the other shoe drops. Brace yourself for aggressive and condescending ("You'd rather have bifocals than progressive lenses? Oh. Wow. THAT's interesting...") upselling, because obviously you're just the customer and HE has car payments to make. And tacking on an extra hundred or so to the already vulgarly-priced frames, is...well, it just HAS to be done. I almost forgot. Enjoy navigating their parking lot. Spoiler alert: It will be easier if you park in the Publix lot and cross 4 lanes of Winter Garden-Vineland Road traffic. Just a suggestion.

Really nice staff. They remember small details that make me feel more comfortable. Great group.
