Neighbors Emergency Center: Pasadena Emergency Room

We are really grateful for the care we received at this clinic. The staff was kind, the minute we walked in, Sabrina was very professional, and made us feel comfortable. Nurse Greg and Dr. U took the time to listen and didn’t rush the visit, 5 star for the great conversation :). Thank you to Amy, our tech, for treating us with patience. Thank you all!

I came here to say that I have had a great experience here with the staff even if I came in feeling so bad with what I was going through, brittney was sweet and caring making sure I was safe and I was sent to the back very quickly. Nurse Tammy and Greg have been very supportive and helpful as I waited for my results. Greg has brightened the mood with short jokes and I appreciated the laugh during that time. I felt very safe and comfortable with blankets and a helping hand to move around from them both. Amy did my scan and was very sweet, Rob took my vitals when I checked in and was nice. Dr Jackson was very down to earth and helpful helping me out with the medication he recommended and concerns he had. I hope I don’t have to come back since it’s an emergency room but if I had to, I know I

5 stars! I had a really good experience here. Dr. U was super nice and welcoming, and Greg was really funny and made me feel comfortable right away. Both of them made the whole visit a lot less stressful. The staff was friendly, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. I really appreciate how kind and professional everyone was. A wonderful experience from start to finish! I came in feeling absolutely terrible. Britney and the front desk checked me in quickly with a sweet demeanor and a high level of care! Amy came to bring me back within 3 minutes of walking through the doors. Sweet demeanor and care and was happy to get to assist me feeling better! Tammy also assisted in my care while tending to my needs and pains! Again such a sweet and caring demeanor! Dr. Haynes came in and checked on me and was kind, vocal about how my lungs, ears and throat were doing. He even warmed up his stethoscope so I didn't get even more of a chill! This is hands down the best staff I have ever been cared for by! I will absolutely come back! Thank you all of caring for me!

I came in for a pregnancy-related concern and had such an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The facility itself was incredibly clean, quiet, and calming, which immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful visit. Britney welcomed us when we arrived and was extremely kind and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and set a very positive tone for the visit. Shortly after, Rob came in to check my vitals and kept the atmosphere light and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. My nurse, Tammy, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure I felt taken care of the entire time and explained everything clearly so I always knew what was going on.
