Neibauer Dental Care

Neibauer Garrisonville is amazing. I’ve been going for probably 18 years. Dr. Patil has watched me grow up, he is THE BEST. They only do what is necessary, never try to push anything on you. I’m embarrassingly scared of the dentist but they make me so comfortable the anxiety goes right away! Thank you all so much :)

Had a crown done and paid at the time of service as always. Got the statement from my dental insurance and found out I was charged over $200 more by Neibauer. Contacted the dental office and was told it will take up to 3 months for the refund. Funny, I can't leave their office until I pay up. So, contacted the dental office AFTER 3 months and they still do not have a status...but they are going to check on it real soon. Avoid the circus and find another dental office. So Neibauer has now suggested I contact the office directly to solve my issue...Geez, never thought about that!!! Who do you think I have been speaking to for (now) the past 4 months!!! This circus will just not leave town, the incompetence is mind boggling.

Had my first appointment with them yesterday and cannot say enough great things about everyone there. Absolutely fabulous dental practice.

Dr. V is a consummate professional! She is kind, efficient, and keeps her patients informed. The dental technicians and staff are also incredibly courteous.

I had major issues with my teeth and with the help from Dr. V and her staff, the hygienists, i have come a long way in the last 2 years since i have been going.to Stafford Neibauer. The front desk staff all have been wonderful to me and my family. I am always greeted with a smile and they greet me always with my first name. The staff has always been very thorough in explaining the whole process. Im glad I took a chance on them and Dr. V. She is by far the best dentist i have ever been to.
