Customer service was great. The Dr. was very nice, efficient and caring. I love when doctors ask if I have any questions. The hygienist was very nice and gentle. The hygienist used black floss and I had to ask what it was as I didn’t know floss came in other colors. Since I was introduced to it and loved how it felt, I’ll be switching my current floss usage. Thanks for a great appointment. See you in six months!

From the front office team to the dental assistant who took my X-rays, everyone was professional and kind. My hygienist, Mary, was absolutely awesome-she made me feel comfortable the entire time (my new friend!). Dr. Gray was great too-friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. From the time I entered Neibauer Dental everyone was so nice and welcoming. I must say that I haven’t been to the dentist in years, so I was extremely nervous, but the staff was so amazing, comforting, friendly and helpful in making me feel that they were with me 100% regarding my fears. Everything was explained in layman terms without a lot of fancy words. When I left there I truly felt different about going to the dentist. It truly was a “GREAT “ experience. ❤️

This dentist office is amazing! Shout out to everyone who works here, such an amazing staff! But I want to really give a huge thank you to Dr. Gray! She was amazing! My daughter hates the dentist, I was sure she wasn’t going to allow them to give her a filling, but they did an amazing job in making her comfortable and distracted when it came to the numbing needle etc. she worked fast, was precise, it was great! Im so happy I found this dentist!

My experience On December 22nd was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted with such professionalism and love. I will handle with CARE by the doctor and his assistance. I will definitely refer my friends to them thanks for the opportunity of being served by such a great office. May God continue to bless them in every way.
